Spaghetti With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1/4 c. white wine
3 cans small whole clams (with juice)
1 pkg. angel hair
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
Heat olive oil.
Add garlic and cook until tender. Add wine and some of the clam juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Add clams and heat only until hot. Serve over spaghetti and season with black pepper.
