Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 head cabbage (6 c. shredded)
    2 or 3 thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 or 1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until soft.
    Add meat, salt and pepper.
    Cook until meat is no longer pink.
    Place half of the cabbage in a large casserole.
    Cover with meat mixture and potatoes.
    Add remaining cabbage.
    Pour soup over top.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until cabbage is tender.
