Brenda'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. melted oleo
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel, boil and shred potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch baking dish in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden and slightly crisp on edges.
    Prepare the day before, if desired.
