Clams Casino Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams with juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 medium onion
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    7 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Simmer for 15 minutes, clams with juice and lemon juice. Simmer in 1/4 pound margarine, onion, garlic, pepper, parsley, oregano and Tabasco sauce.
    Mix all ingredients together, including the bacon.
    To this mixture, add seasoned bread crumbs. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
