Pineapple Cheddar Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple, tidbits or crushed or one each
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 sleeve Ritz or Townhouse crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and pour in bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish. Stir together sugar, flour, and cheese.
    Sprinkle over pineapple. Mix crackers and margarine and pour over cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
