Simple Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 stick butter
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. water, hot
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in hot water. Combine all ingredients and put in casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, covered.
