Chicken Chablis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, halved
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Chablis
    1/2 c. apple or currant jelly
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Saute chicken in melted butter about 4 minutes on each side. Remove chicken.
    Add Chablis and jelly to pan drippings.
    Simmer until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.
    Return chicken to the sauce.
    Add raisins.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
