Lo-Cal Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato juice
    4 c. water
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 zucchini, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    seasonings: red pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, etc.
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except the seasonings.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add seasonings:
    red pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, etc.
    Delete or add additional vegetables.
    The flavor is better the longer it stands.
    Yields 10 servings. Preparation Time is 1 1/2 hours.
