Banana Split Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. regular wheat germ
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. margarine (1 stick), melted
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced
3/4 c. flaked coconut
8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
8 oz. frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Mix crumbs, wheat germ, sugar and melted margarine.
Press mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
Cool.
Set aside.
