Cauliflower And Onion In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. American cheese
1 large head cauliflower
2 bunches spring onions
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Break cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Cook for about 10 minutes in salted water.
Remove tops from onions; cook for about 10 minutes in salted water.
Make a cream sauce from the butter, flour and milk.
Add seasonings and grated cheese.
Place in layers in casserole dish.
First the cauliflower, then onions and cream sauce.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until dish is thoroughly heated.
