Marinated Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butt portion of a leg of lamb (have butcher butterfly and trim fat)
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. scallions
Preparation
    Marinate leg of lamb for 24 hours in the remainder of the ingredients listed.
    Broil or grill on barbecue 15 minutes on one side, 10 minutes on the other.
