Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 3/4 c. cooked macaroni
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked ham (optional)
Preparation
    Cheese Sauce:
    Mix flour, mustard and 1/2 cup milk until smooth over medium heat.
    Add salt, pepper, paprika and slowly add the remaining 2 cups of milk.
    Stir until boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese and the ham.
    Stir to melt cheese.
