Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (and juice)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in a large bowl.
Mix in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Pour half of this mixture in a large, flat container and chill until firm. When firm, spread sour cream on top and then gently spoon remaining mixture over sour cream. Chill well.
Cut in squares and serve.
