Insalata Di Mare(Seafood Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 large cloves garlic
    salt
    oregano
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. cleaned squid, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. sea scallops
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 doz. mussels
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 c. pitted black olives
    1/3 c. minced Italian parsley
Preparation
    In large, shallow bowl or deep platter, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, lemon peel and pepper; set aside to mellow.
