Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears corn
    2 egg
    1 c. whole milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry corn.
    Scrape off kernels then re-scrape with dull edge of knife.
    Beat eggs and milk together; add corn, sugar, melted butter, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 until pudding is just set, about 35 to 45 minutes.
