Little Indian Corn Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked corn, mashed
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside. In separate bowl, combine corn, sugar, milk, eggs, onion and green pepper.
    Stir dry ingredients into corn mixture.
    Add Tabasco. Grease 8 muffin cups or 1 tray of 8 muffin cups; fill cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
