Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 bottle red Russian dressing
1 envelope Lipton onion soup
1 large pkg. chicken thighs, skin if you wish
Preparation

Line large baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Mix apricot preserves, red Russian dressing and onion soup.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
Depending on your oven you can cut cooking time down or temperature to 350\u00b0.
