Brook Trout In Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 small trout
8 strips bacon

Preparation

Clean and wash trout.
Pat dry and rub inside with salt.
Wrap in bacon and fasten with wooden picks.
Place in hand broiler and cook over hot coals, turning several times, until bacon is crisp and fish is done.
