Mint Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker brownie mix (with can of chocolate syrup)
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    20 to 24 chocolate covered peppermint patties
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of pan.
    Mix brownies, syrup, water, oil, and egg with spoon about 50 strokes, until moist.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Place peppermint patties on top of brownies immediately after baking and return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Spread over brownies.
    Cool, then frost with Mint Fluff Frosting.
    Keep any remaining brownies refrigerated.
