Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. meal
    1 c. cream-style yellow corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh onions, chopped
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients.
    Add cheese between layers of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
