Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    stalks and tops of 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    thyme, celery salt, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients together until tender; add milk. Melt butter in saucepan; add flour.
    Cook, stirring over low heat 3 minutes to make thick sauce.
    Add to soup.
    Stir constantly until hot and slightly thick.
    Season to taste with thyme, celery salt, salt and pepper.
