Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 lb. Grahan Crackers, crushed
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. marshmallows
1 quart nuts, your choice
1 quart candied fruit, your choice
1/2 c. wine or fruit juice
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Preparation

In a large dishpan or plastic container, combine crackers, raisins, nuts and fruit.
Mix well.
Melt the marshmallows with the condensed milk in microwave in a large bowl.
Pour into dishpan with other ingredients. Mix well and add juice to mixture. Mixture needs to be moist enough to pack in a 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan.
Line pan with wax paper for easy removal.
Chill in refrigerator, then cut into 5 pieces the narrow way.
