Microwave Homemade Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Place flour and salt in small bowl.
    With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in shortening until mixture resembles small peas. Sprinkle water over mixture.
    Stir with fork to form a ball.
    Roll out on
    floured pastry board with rolling pin to about 12-inch circle.
    Fit into glass 9-inch pie plate.
    Trim and flute edge. Prick pastry with fork.
    Cook on High for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Pastry is done when it looks dry and blistered and is not doughy.
    Cool; add filling.
