Mushroom-Stuffed Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. London Broil, butterflied
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 beef flavored bouillon cube
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (undrained)
    4 slices finely chopped bacon
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Have the meat cutter butterfly the meat when you buy it.
