Pumpkin Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 can pumpkin mix (solid, 2 c.)
    1 c. pecan pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake in three (8-inch) greased and floured cake pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
