Hungarian Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes
1 green pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp. paprika
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Brown onion in cooking oil.
Remove from pan and let drain. Brown chicken in essence remaining in pan.
Remove chicken and pour out grease.
Put onion, green pepper, tomatoes and chicken back in pan and cook until tender (approximately 1 hour, depending on size of pieces).
Remove chicken.
Add sour cream to sauce and blend for approximately 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
