Ingredients

3 lb. okra
garlic
dill
1 qt. water
1 pt. white vinegar
1/2 c. salt
Preparation

Scrub okra and pack in pint jars.
Place one clove garlic and one head of dill in each jar.
Make brine of water, vinegar and salt; heat to boil.
Pour brine over okra.
Seal jars and let stand 3 to 4 weeks.
