Hamburger Chop Suey Or Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can mixed Chinese veggies, drained
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. brown gravy sauce
Preparation
    Add to meat mixture.
    Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
    Serve hot over cooked rice for chop suey or fried noodles for chow mein.
