Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thinly sliced apples
    4 tsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.
    Arrange batter (blend other ingredients) and apple mixture in layers in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan, beginning with batter mixture and ending with apples on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    (You can add 1 tablespoon flour to last apples that you put on top of cake so they do not sink!)
