Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. spinach leaves
1/4 c. minced onions
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. skim milk
1 1/3 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
5 oz. chicken breast (boneless)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Skin and pound thin the chicken breast. In small skillet, combine spinach, onions, mushrooms and 1 teaspoon water.
Cook, covered, over medium heat, until onions are tender (about 2 minutes).
Sprinkle chicken breast with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
Spread cooked vegetables over chicken.
Roll up tightly to enclose filling.
Sprinkle milk over chicken.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pat with fingers to cover.
Place chicken in a small baking pan.
Bake until chicken is golden brown and cooked through (about 15 to 20 minutes).
