Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 box chopped broccoli
    1 box Jiffy muffin mix
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Add all ingredients to beaten eggs and mix together.
    Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 or 375\u00b0.
