No Fail Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 2/3 c. scalded milk (cooled)
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
    4 large eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly, add milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes then 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
