Charlotte'S Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box cheese tortellini
1 large tomato
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 green pepper
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 bottle Parmesan cheese
Italian dressing
Preparation

In pot of boiling water, blanch broccoli, cauliflower and tomato.
Peel tomato and cut into medium chunks.
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Rinse and let cool.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate 1/2 hour and serve.
