Sylvia'S Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. turkey Italian sausage (hot; optional)
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. French onion soup
1 to 2 pods garlic
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
8 oz. cottage cheese
few drops wine vinegar
2 eggs
pepper to taste
Preparation

Sauce:
Brown all meat; crumble and drain fat.
Add garlic, French soup and bell pepper.
Mix well.
Cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and sauce, Italian seasoning and wine vinegar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
