Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted and cooled
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar, shortening, salt and 1 cup flour.
Beat at medium speed. Add remaining flour. If sticky, add a little more flour.
Let rise.
Knead and let rise again. Make into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 20 to 24 rolls.
