Creamed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
chicken soup base to taste
dash of red pepper
2 c. milk
6 to 8 slices toast
Preparation

Peel and chop eggs.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and seasoning; stir until well blended.
Add milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until smooth.
Add eggs to hot sauce.
Serve on toast.
