Hoppin' John - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried black-eyed peas
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 smoked neck bones
    dash of crushed red pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot, place salt, pepper, red pepper and smoked neck bones.
    Rinse peas.
    Add to water.
