Fruitcake Delicious(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pitted dates, chopped
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. whole candied cherries (red and green mixed)
2 lb. pecans (halves)
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cut pineapple in bite size pieces.
Coat all fruit well with dry ingredients.
Beat eggs until frothy and add sugar gradually. Pour over fruit and mix well, coating each piece again.
Grease 2 bread pans well and line with wax paper, then grease wax paper. Pack mix good into corners of pan (leave no air pockets).
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
