Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 c. diced apples
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Put in a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When cake is cold, cover with Cool Whip.
