Easy Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
1 small can tomato sauce
1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger with onion.
Drain grease if necessary.
Add oregano, salt, pepper, soup and tomato sauce.
Turn down low to simmer.
Cook noodles as directed.
Drain and add to meat mixture or layer in casserole.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts but not browned.
Should be bubbly.
This freezes well, also.
