Breakfast Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. chopped ham, crisp bacon or sliced corned beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
    Add meat to egg mixture.
    Stir in cheese and onion.
    I use half and half for the milk for company.
    Pour into greased 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.
    Serves 6.
