Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 c. white sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
marshmallows (topping)

Preparation

Mash potatoes; add rest of ingredients and mix well. Do not put marshmallows on at this time. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. During last 10 minutes of baking time, sprinkle marshmallows on top.
