Irish Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    Whipped cream
Preparation
    Pour whiskey into 8 ounce microproof mug or cup. Add coffee and sugar. Add water to fill 3/4 full; blend well. Place in microwave and cook on high, (100%), for 2 minutes. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Top with dollop of whipped cream. Do not stir. Coffee should be sipped through the layer of cream. Enjoy.
