Turkey Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well and roll into 3 sticks, 2 inches in diameter.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Unwrap and place on cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
