Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0.
Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry dough.
Prick the dough all over.
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned.
