Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
4 c. water
3/4 c. freeze dried coffee
1 c. boiling water
1 fifth vodka
1 vanilla bean or vanilla extract to taste

Preparation

Mix sugar and 4 cups water together.
Bring to a boil and then cool.
Mix coffee and 1 cup boiling water; let cool.
Mix everything together and allow to sit in sealed containers for 3 to 4 months.
