Hot Chicken And Dressing Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. stewed chicken, boned and cut in large pieces, save stock
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock, divided
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add soups and 1/2 cup chicken stock and chicken pieces.
    Turn into 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole and set aside.
    Combine stuffing 1 cup chicken stock and butter and spread on top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before baking let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover first 15 minutes.
