Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boned chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth or water
1 small (14 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 tortillas
Preparation

Mix together soup, broth, chilies and pepper.
Set aside.
Mix chicken and onion together.
Put approximately 2 tablespoons chicken mixture in center of tortilla.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Continue until all tortillas are rolled.
Pour soup mixture over top of tortillas and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
