Robin'S Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. potatoes
1 medium onion
parsley (fresh or dried)
1 egg
milk
6 slices bread
Preparation

Boil potatoes until done.
Saute in butter the following ingredients separately:
bread (can cube first or do whole like grilled cheese sandwich), onion and parsley.
Mash potatoes and add milk until smooth.
Mix egg, onion, parsley and bread together with potatoes.
May want to add more milk if needed.
Can refrigerate overnight and heat in the morning.
