Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute original rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain fat.
    Stirring, bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Flip with fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with lettuce, pickles and tomato slices.
